💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month

⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Perform customs permit declarations accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Customs and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers and the data entry team to ensure timely responses and job closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for customers.
• Provide customer service and administrative support.
• Handle customer enquiries and clarification requests via email, phone and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to permit declarations.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
