Job Description
Implementation
- Installation & Configuration: Overseeing the physical setup, from wiring and camera angles to configuring access workflows and credentialing databases.
- Testing & Commissioning: Performing end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving issues before client handover.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documents such as network diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and "as-built" drawings.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and system-level failures.
- Coordinate with vendors for software patches, firmware updates, or escalation support.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in security systems integration, or enterprise system engineering.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of:
- CCTV, Access Control, Videowall system
- Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)
- Experience with incident workflows, automation rules, alarm/event management.
- Ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and FAT/SAT plans.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably Experience with specific PSIM platforms (e.g.Genetec, Milestone VMS, Gallagher, Lenel).
