Job Description

Warehouse Lead (Logistics & Materials Management)

Drive Efficient Warehouse Operations Supporting Global Technology Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control.

  • Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock movements.

  • Conduct daily team briefings and monitor productivity.

  • Maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Train and develop warehouse team members.

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support business needs.

 

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain environments preferred.

  • Good understanding of inventory management processes.

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Able carry up to 20kg and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

  • Able to work rotating shifts.

Salary: Up to S$4,000 + Shift Allowances + Bonuses

Working hours: 4 days/42hrs per week, 12hrs shift, Permanent Sunday Off, Day/Night shifts
