Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic and service-oriented individuals across multiple service levels (Hostess, Service Attendant and Captain) to deliver exceptional dining experiences within our premium F&B outlets at 5-Star Hotel (Central)
Position Levels

Guest Relations – Front-facing guest experience

Service Attendant – Food & beverage service operations

Captain (Senior Level) – Team leadership and service supervision
Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,800 basic (commensurate with experience) + sign-on bonus (up to 2 months) + Variable Bonus + Other incentives
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow

Take orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service

Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Support daily restaurant operations, including setup and cleanliness

(For senior roles) Supervise service team and ensure smooth operations
