Job Description

Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic and service-oriented individuals across multiple service levels (Hostess, Service Attendant and Captain) to deliver exceptional dining experiences within our premium F&B outlets at 5-Star Hotel (Central)

Position Levels

  • Guest Relations – Front-facing guest experience

  • Service Attendant – Food & beverage service operations

  • Captain (Senior Level) – Team leadership and service supervision

Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,800 basic (commensurate with experience) + sign-on bonus (up to 2 months) + Variable Bonus + Other incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow

  • Take orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service

  • Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

  • Support daily restaurant operations, including setup and cleanliness

  • (For senior roles) Supervise service team and ensure smooth operations

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided)

  • Relevant F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage (for Captain level)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset

  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • 5/6 working days per week

  • Singaporeans only
