Occupational Therapist | Up to $7.2K |Central | Mon-Fri

Salary: $5500 to $7200/Monthly

Location: Bishan/Upper Thomson

Working Schedule: Mon-Fri

 

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, effective case management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional Occupational Therapy services for assigned caseloads (inpatient, outpatient, home cases)
  • Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments (6-monthly for maintenance, 3-monthly for active rehab)
  • Develop individualised rehabilitation goals and perform weekly rehab plan reviews
  • Provide treatment updates and discharge planning
  • Manage follow-up of patients and ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family meetings
  • Perform rehab case management rounds with OT/PT team
  • Ensure proper clinical handovers during leave coverage
  • Apply sound clinical reasoning in compliance with hospital guidelines
  • Implement appropriate risk assessments and safety measures during rehabilitation
  • Provide caregiver education and training to promote therapeutic carry-over
  • Use evidence-based, standardised assessments and interventions
  • Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment plans within a multidisciplinary framework
  • Ensure safe use and maintenance of therapy equipment

 

Requirements

  • Recognised Degree / Master’s in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
  • Committed to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care
