- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am - 5.30pm
📍 Location
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver rehabilitation programmes to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
- Monitor residents’ progress and review treatment plans accordingly
- Provide guidance on mobility aids, exercise programmes, and fall prevention strategies
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe movement and ongoing rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with healthcare standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings
Job Requirements
✅ Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Relevant clinical experience preferred (aged care or rehabilitation experience is an advantage)
