Job Description

Salary Range: Up to $3.3K + AWS + PB

 

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a 3-person emergency medical response team.
  • Assess, stabilize, and manage patients requiring advanced life support (ALS).
  • Perform ECG monitoring, airway management, IV therapy, medication administration, and other advanced interventions.
  • Make rapid, accurate medical decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Coordinate with hospitals for patient handovers and provide detailed clinical reports.
  • Train, mentor, and guide EMTs to uphold the highest operational standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and ambulance readiness.
  • Represent the EMS service with professionalism, empathy, and leadership.
  • Location: Islandwide

  • Experienced or previously certified Paramedics looking to return to active EMS duty.
  • Confident leaders who can remain composed in dynamic and challenging situations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Paramedic Course recognized by MOH.
  • BCLS/AED, SCDF Operations Term and Service Excellence certifications is a Plus!
